Elizabeth’s new show shall begin airing soon (4th July) and another sneak peek has been released. This sneak peek can be found on the site, as it has no embed option. However I have included the synopsis below. I have also added a new promotional to the gallery, which you can find following the link below the post.
Anna Macy left Kettering when she was just 14, shortly after her best friend, Gillian Baxter mysteriously disappeared. The two girls had been playing in the forbidden forests outside Kettering when they saw strange lights in the sky. Eight hours later, Anna was found alone, terrified and covered in blood.
15 years on, Anna returns to find the town struggling to survive. The forests have been marked for logging and the community is being torn apart by passionate but violent clashes between environmentalists and the local loggers.
Time might have passed but Anna’s reappearance causes a stir. Theories and rumours persist about what really happened to the girls that night – from Anna killing Gillian to alien abduction. Then another girl suddenly disappears. Has she run away or has something more sinister happened? If so, by whom or what, and why? Is it linked to Gillian’s disappearance all those years ago?
As painful memories start to surface, Anna is drawn to discover what really happened the night Gillian disappeared, uncovering secrets buried deep in her mind and the heart of Kettering and its people.
Elizabeth took part in a beautiful photoshoot and interview for The Wrap as promotion for the Emmy’s. In the interview she speaks about working on The Night Manager and who she considers herself close to in the cast.
“We spent four months playing lovers, you’re up in each other’s faces quite a bit,” actress tells TheWrap
Playing lovers opposite another person for months on end can bring actors closer together, according to “The Night Manager” actress Elizabeth Debicki.
“I’m closest to Tom [Hiddleston],” Debicki told TheWrap. “And that’s probably because we spent about four months playing lovers. You’re up in each other’s faces quite a bit.”
I have added shots from the photoshoot to the gallery, hopefully to be updated with HQ, as well as screencaps from the interview.
I have added one portrait image of Elizabeth to the gallery to promote The Night Manager being nominated in the 2016 Emmy Awards. I have seen one other full short, however when I find the HQ I shall upload it.
She’s the statuesque beauty who has already made her mark in Hollywood.
And actress Elizabeth Debicki looked every bit the movie star when she stepped out looking fresh-faced and radiant on Tuesday.
The Great Gatsby star hit the red carpet in an elegant black gown at the Hollywood premiere of Disney’s ‘The BFG.’ The Grecian-style dress featured a plunging neckline and cinched waist that showcased her svelte physique.
Her short strawberry blonde mane was neatly parted on the side and styled in beach waves.
The 25-year-old The Night Manager actress looked fresh-faced while wearing minimal make-up that highlighted her rosy complexion. She oozed confidence while posing for photographers at the star-studded event despite recently admitting that she is intimidated by red carpets.
‘I’m terrified of them,’ the 6 ft 2 star told The Daily Mail. ‘Red carpets are awful. They’re like a kind of purgatory – you stand there and there are cameras flashing everywhere.
